Adoption Process

2. See an animal you love and think you would be a great fit for
3. Fill out our application
4. Wait to hear back. We try to get back to everyone, but feel free to reach out if you don't hear from us within a few days.
5. If we think you would be a great match, we'll invite you out for a meet & greet with the animal, and if all goes well, you'll sign an adoption agreement, pay the adoption fee, and take home your new family member!
Adoption Fees
This is a question we receive quite often. To make it simple, our fees vary.
Our regular Dog Adoption Fee is $500. This always includes a vet check, spay / neuter, flea treatment / prevention, de-wormer, and microchip.
Cat adoption fee is $150. Kitten adoption fee is $175.
Small animal adoption fee is $30 - $50
Our main goal is to find each dog the perfect home, not to gouge you on fees. 100% of fees go toward care of rescue animals, and we always accept donations as well.
What if I'm not Chosen?
Don't despair!
Some dogs we get in are more in-demand than others, and we often get an overwhelming amount of applications and interest in a certain animal. Don't take it personally if we don't choose you. It's our job to pick their perfect, forever home, and sometimes it's a very close call. If, for whatever reason, this isn't you, we will keep your information on file for future dogs that may be a better match. If you don't want us to keep your information, just let us know.
Haven
Haven is a (estimated) 4 year old malinois. Extremely friendly and affectionate, absolutely loves people.
Haven does have a prey drive toward small animals.
She could live with another dog with some consistent training, but has some resource guarding issues with other animals that needs work, so she should go to a home where she is the only pet, at least for now.
Haven needs an active home, and would love to go hiking and exploring with her people. Her favourite game is fetch, and she also loves to snuggle on the couch.
Haven is now spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.
